Saturday I went to ballet which I hadn't been to in awhile and it was rough. I didn't get to eat first (unless you count the other twix as I was running to catch the train) so I was starving by the time it was finished. And I succumbed to eating my second candy bar, a snickers. Then when I got back to the BFs place after picking up my lost phone and dealing with construction delays (I was not happy) he'd already eaten, so I left and went home. Slept for awhile and then ate oatmeal for lunch.
That night the BF had his coworkers over for pizza (they have some new people I guess) and I ended up eating way too much. 2 slices of pizza (thin crust, but even so), chips and guacamole, and doritos. And the BF made me 3 drinks with ginger ale in it, and not diet ginger ale. He'll buy diet coke, but not diet ginger ale!
I tried to be kind of good on Sunday. The BF made us veggie omelets w/ side of avocado. I only ate part of my avocado half, and slowly ate my 1/2 omelet so that I'd be full, and I was. But then I was out running errands, got hungry and had a donut. Which meant I ate lunch really late, and the BF wanted to do left over pizza for dinner. I managed to only eat 1 slice of pizza for dinner and a bunch of salad, which was the only saving grace for the day. I didn't even exercise.
I'm not even sure how I got away with such a small weight gain to be honest. Today I kept everything to a minimum. I still cheated slightly - 1tsp of peanut butter in my oatmeal, 7 almonds at work, another subway sandwich (1/2 bread removed) - but my calories are really low. Grocery shopping tonight so I can be super good the rest of the week. And I think I will cook for the BF on Friday to avoid another mishap like last week.
