Damn it!
I am up again - I know it's water and such. But still. it makes me mad that after sitting at one number most of the week I didn't try extra hard to be good this weekend.
I was just way to social I had a couple of dinners and a lunch with friends most I hadn't seen in awhile and I just ate and ate and ate.
I am determined to be extra good this week.
I am wondering if Insanity is really helping or if it's building too much muscle. I know that I'm getting fitter I can feel it. My next fit test is tomorrow so I can see real results and I'm going to measure myself.
There is a new gym that opened up a half mile from my house. It's advertising $1 down and $9 a month. I'm wondering if I can get that with no contract and go back to running some days even if it is on a treadmill.
