I weighed the same yesterday as I did on Monday. Exactly. I told myself not to worry about it, but it was hard because yesterday was my rest day from Insanity.  And I thought, "How in the world am I going to lose by taking a rest day and eating normally?" My first inclination was to lower my cals to about 1200-1300, but that didn't end up happening. I ended up right around 1600!  It still tracks with my 1500 a day though, because I was at 1400 on Monday - it all evens out.

I was a little scared though and I did some light yoga and a bunch of stretching while I watched Biggest Loser. This season has only been on for two weeks and it's making me mad! So much drama for a weight loss show.

Anyway, I was really excited to see that I was down today. -.75 over two days is not too shabby.

Today is the start of week two on Insanity. I couldn't get out of bed to do it in the morning. And next week I think I'll make Wed my rest day instead of Tuesday, so I figured it was okay. Today is Cardio Power

Btw you know that you were talking about the reports on MFP - zigzag calories and so on..

You can do that on Loseit.com - you can change your calorie goal on daily bases and it wont effect the previous day as far as I can see. The only REALLY annoying thing with that site is the fact that the database is really poor.. Well its probably very good for the US users, but rubbish for the nordics atleast. So you will probably have to make "own food" on almost everything you eat to start with.
