So, last week my bf took me on vacation. He was in meetings and I was tagging along. We were right on the beach, there was a pool, and my bf said we'd run every day. I was expecting that I'd at least maintain my weight loss because I was going to be doing alot of exercising.

Running on the beach is a freakin' pain. Good for your leg muscles, but god is it hard to do. I went about 2 miles walk/jog the first day, and I swam some laps in the pool. I just swam the second day. And the third day I just did the walk/jog.

Unfortunately, I was drinking and eating like a pig the whole time.

I came back +4 pounds. How ridiculous is that? I still can't wear my good work clothes and I feel like a blimp.
