I said that I really wanted to be able to do these:

Single Let Pushups
And once upon a time (two years ago doing Ripped in 30) I could do these:

Spider Man Pushups

Now thanks to Body Revolution - I can do both! (maybe I can't kiss the ground like these ladies, but whatevs)

I actually busted out 10 on each leg the first time I got to the Single leg push ups. And I'm at about 8 per set on the Spiders. Actually looking forward to today's workout to see if I can do more!
