I've come up with some goals and some rewards to help with my motivation. I considered at first giving a monetary value to each pound lost, but I realized that there are some things that I want more. So I've developed the following plan:
1st 5 pounds lost & kept off for a week = a flip belt for runners (I want the neon orange punch - kind of a coral color). I want this one especially because only my winter running pants have a spot for my keys. So I usually tie them onto my pants with the draw string, or onto my shoe laces and it's really annoying trying to get them off when I get back from my runs. Plus holding on to my phone while I run for an hour is a pain, it gets all sweaty in my hand, I'd it's just be nicer to be hands free.
2nd 5 pounds lost & kept off for a week = a new running outfit. I don't really have running shorts, I have some capris, I have my winter pants, I have some shorts that used to fit, but don't any more. Besides I got these cute new running shoes. I didn't mean to get cute ones, I tried on tons and almost went with a mostly white pair that was $60 down from $130, but the cute ones fit my foot the best and felt the most comfortable, so there you go. But, I want a cute outfit for my race in June to match the shoes.
3rd (and final) 5 pounds lost & kept off for a week = a bathing suit, probably a one-piece from Old Navy. They have some cute ones. I already own 4 bikinis - thinking of getting rid of one - so I don't need that. My family is going on vacation this year to FL and I should have gotten rid of the final 5 by then. These two are my favorites so far, but I'll have to try them on before I buy.

GL on your goals and the rewards look awsome :)
I'm glad you are doing great on your 5k training.. I haven't been able to workout the last week.. and I am pretty sure the little running I could do is already back to nothing..
