Another 1.75 lbs gone. Yesterday's intake was 1330, with -935 burn. Yay! I actually could have been -5 intake yesterday because I ate dinner before working out and I was only at 930. But, instead, I watched tv and ate candy with a diet cherry pepsi. A part of me thinks I should feel guilty. But, I had the room in my calorie budget. My net was under 700, and today I hit my goal weight for Monday. All I need to do is maintain this through the weekend. I am sure that I'll lose tomorrow because I plan it being another low Net intake.

My plan for the weekend is to load up on fruits and veggies, eat small quantities, and slowly, and limit my dessert. Then, lots of walking around. Since we'll be gone all Saturday and most of Sunday I don't think I will have the opportunity to work out more than once - if at all especially Sunday. There will be dancing at the wedding though. So I will have to make sure I get my groove on to burn loads of calories - and wedding cake!

The evil wedding cake :) hehe.. I have been catching up on your blog and I think you have been doing a great job.. And the goal you have put your self for halloween sounds doable :)
