Up today. But, I'm hoping it's the sodium from the club soda that I drank at dinner. I wasn't as good I was intending to be at dinner, but I wasn't as bad as I was considering either. I had salad and only one bowl of soup. The waiter was so awesome he actually skimmed the bowl so there was almost no pasta in it for me. I did have a breadstick though and a little bit of spinach artichoke dip with 4 tiny pieces of bread. Considering I can usually go through way more soup and breadsticks, I thought this was a pretty good compromise between restriction and indulgence. So, I consider that a win, despite being up a little bit. I also, didn't get much sleep or use the bathroom before weighing myself - so I am sure that tomorrow will see a deficit.

Today's plan =

greek yogurt = 100
cereal = 80
coffee = 40

grapes = 80

Pea soup = 250

vegetables = 50
humus = 50

1/2 avocado = 150
onions = 10
tomato = 35
2tsp olive oil = 80

Total = 925

Depending on my time, I may get on the exercise bike today. I have so many errands to run, homework, and house cleaning to do before I leave on my trip next week. That I'm trying to get something done every day. I am so behind on my homework and I have a test over the weekend. I have a feeling that after my house cleaning and errands I will be sitting at a desk call night. I may try to do some reading for school while on the bike. If I could kill 200 calories on the bike I'd be happy.

You did awesome at Olive Garden really! With all the unlimited bread, soup and salad to be had. Be proud even though you are up a bit. Hopefully that will go down.

Thanks!! I thought I did alright too. I can usually scarf so many breadsticks - at least two per bowl of soup and I always have a second bowl of minestrone. The spinach artichoke dip was making me feel bad - but in perspective I guess it wasn't horrible.

Nice work with your intake! :) I'm very happy you could find a nice balance- I always seem to go with one of the extremes.
Your plan looks good and yummy! Keep up the great work xxx
