I had plans to be good today. I woke up at the BFs, took one of my vaccine pills, and went home to get ready for work. I can't eat with in an hour of the pill so I decided I'd eat at work. There is usually instant oatmeal in the staff lounge.
Not today.
I know that I need to eat breakfast so I decide I'll be a little late and go back out and get an egg sandwich around the corner.... and a donut. ::sigh::
Yesterday I was pretty good...
Oatmeal 160
coffee 40
apple 80
grapes 50
2 small cupcakes 300
soup 150
lasagna 500
Total = 1280
I ate everything between 8:30am and 5:30pm and I exercised at 7pm burning 600 calories. Cross my fingers I can do it again today.
