I'm drinking diet soda again. And in the last week I've had a couple of coffees with splenda in them.

I did so well for four months. I really hope that when I get back from my trip I can stop. I'm hoping that the food over there will really go a long way to getting rid of sugar and sweeteners from my diet.

Today has been especially bad.
Egg sandwich and potatoes - 490
coffee with 3 creams - 60
burrito - 215
diet coke -0

Total - 765

I'm hoping I can make myself exercise today when I get home then have some fruit and raw veggies with 2TBS of hummus. Which shouldn't put me over 1000.

The last time I weighed myself I was 120. But it has been awhile since I weighed myself. I have 9 days before my trip. I am hoping to get back to 117 before I go. Then hopefully the food will be really weird there or I'll get really sick to my stomach and flush a ton of weight while I'm there. Nothing like traveling to a third world country as part of diet plan :)
