Below 120!! yeah!! I had wanted a little more loss to get to 117 by Monday, but I'm going to be happy with this loss.

I wasn't wonderful yesterday, but all the running around shopping, cleaning house and getting on the bike Monday must have paid off. I'm going to a concert tonight so I can't exercise, but I still have tons to do before then and when I'm there, I'll be on my feet and jumping 75% of the time. I'm tempted to wear my heart rate monitor to see how many calories it burns :)

I've been really good today, I haven't felt too hungry and have only "indulged" in one breath savers mint (5 calories) before giving a presentation. I am actually not craving sweets at all right now - it's unexplainable. But I'm happy!

I think the diet pills that I bought after reading Piglet's blog have finally started working. I had yogurt and cereal at 9am. Took a pill at 10:30 and didn't even feel hungry when I went to lunch at 1pm. Ate an apple, some soup and bread roll and felt very full.

Normally at this time I would be thinking about how long it's going to be until I can eat at home. But I'm not at all obsessing right now. I know that I have some grapes left (because I forgot to eat them at my normal snack time!!!) so I should be fine until I get home even with all of the errands I have to run today.

I'm wondering if it isn't stress related. I have a TO DO list that keeps growing and growing. I was up until 12:30am last night, and still was thinking about what needed to get done. And woke up 1/2 an hour before my alarm went off again wondering if I left anything off of my list. I'm freaking out that I won't get everything done before I leave.
