Work has gone back to normal and though I am not looking forward to it at all - Getting out of the house to go was a chore this morning - I am happy to have my day times back. It's funny because I really don't want to be working the night shift. I want a full time day job that I like doing, or that is a step in the right direction to what I want to be doing, but right now since I don't have that, I want to get back to doing the things I do want to do. Get my house in order, get in shape, volunteer.
On friday I took a knitting class. To be honest it's never really interested me before. Despite the fact that my BF likes to call me a raging hippy, the idea of knitting was a little to "granola" for my tastes. Despite the fact that I love to sew costumes and have made a few wearable shirts and dresses. However, I realized I spend alot of time in front of the tv and that's when I do the majority of my eating.I can't really eat at my desk at work, and I generally don't eat when I am doing any of my freelance work or job searching. But when I am on hulu or watching DVDs, I eat. And since I am not giving up TV until my March resolution, I need to come up with something to keep me occupied while watching. Today I worked out while watching supernatural. But all weekend when the BF and I were watching movies, I practiced my knitting. I'm still pretty awful and I haven't actually made anything other than a knitted rectangle, but it's actually kind of fun. And it did exactly what I needed it to, keep my hands busy so I didn't keep snacking.

Miranda: Ballet is pretty awesome. I love the teacher that I found. She's challenging with out being frustrating since I am pretty novice. I just wish that I could find some way to practice between lessons. There is nothing good on youtube for ballet.

I have a terrible habit of wanting to eat while watching tv too. I try to limit the selections. It was pretzels, then raisins, now I'm moving to carrots 'cause I always over do it. Congrats on loosing weight over the weekend.
