That is all I have for now.

I did great last week and this week I have totally given in to cravings and even tho I am working out the scale is slowly climbing.

Why do I do this to myself?
Why am I even still trying?

Oh honey.. Just put it behind you and move on..

We all do this - and we all ask our selves the same questions.. You will be great - and you will get back on track.. So just give your self a pat on the shoulder and get back at it!
