Still 125 today. Not sure why. I had a great workout in the afternoon. Ate somewhere between 1400-1500 calories. I didn't drink as much water as I meant to, but I was drinking it! All I can figure is yesterday's weight was artificially low because of the laxative.
Miranda & Kitty - thanks for the comments. My week has gotten progressively better and is way better than last week!
@Kitty- I'm not sure if that would be the reason for you. My calorie window is something I figured out over time just noticing how my body reacts. 1200 is not a good number for me. I find it hard to hit, and it doesn't seem to work. I can some how manage to lose slowly eating a little more, and I have been able to do less (like 1000 calories) but I did that mainly through the elimination of carbs (which I did for my Jamaican trip) which I can't really sustain for long.

Yes.
It varies. I can go almost everyday for a long while and then take two weeks
off for no apparent reason except I just don't feel like it.
But I actually like to work out. It makes me feel good and I feel like I've accomplished something positive. And when the sweat is dripping or my muscles are sore I take it as a good sign that I'm doing well.
My current workout plan has me working out 6 days a week.
M/F AM - Jillian Michaels' circuit PM - C25K
T/Th AM short 2mile run PM-C25K
W AM none PM 45-60min resistance/weight circuits
S/S (either day or both) Run as far as I can go without walking, then C25K
I am currently training for a 5K on December 3. I am hoping that on my weekends I can get up to a full 3.1 miles with out walking.
Yesterday was wednesday and for my resistance workout I did Bob Harper's Beginner Weightloss Transformation DVD. I was afraid it was going to be too easy. So I had No More Trouble Zones on standby. Yeah, it might be beginner because the moves are simple - shoulder presses, squats, deadlifts, planks. Nothing super complicated. But it ain't easy! I am so sore today. My glutes and hammy's hurt, my tricep are killing me. Even my abs are a little sore. I got it from the library so it has to go back soon. I'm going to try one of his harder ones next wednesday.

Ya.. I find that I can do the really low cal days for a couple 3 days and then I get the "OMG I am starving" feeling.. I think I am going to start to eat a bit more specially during the work day - and start shifting calories- so maybe something like 1000-1200-1400-1000-1200-1400-1500 per week..
What do you think about something like that?
or maybe should I have the low numbers more in the middle of the week - since it is easier to get used to it?? hmm
