One day and I'm down a pound and a half.

I know it's not real weight or actual fat loss. It's water weight. But god does it feel good. I don't feel gross and bloated for the first time since getting home. But I did measure myself yesterday, and man I have I blown up. No wonder my work clothes don't fit. I'm looking at an inch more in some areas!

I was not 100% good yesterday. There was a birthday celebration in the office, so I ended up with a few mini candies, and a super small (2") piece of cake with out the frosting. Then I had like 1/2 a cup of apple cider. I'll just add an extra day to Phase 1 to make up for it. Still, it was way better than I've done all week.

I didn't eat nearly all of my allowed food yesterday. I had my cup of oatmeal, but only 1/2 a cup of rice, and 1 egg white. Hard boiled egg and hummus is my new favorite snack. Just like a deviled egg, but almost no fat!

Today, oatmeal and blueberries for breakfast. Fruit and carrots for snack. Rice and beans for lunch. Egg and hummus post work out. Dinner... maybe sweet potato and veggies.

OMG, egg whites and hummus made together like a deviled egg? That's fucking genuis! Only prob is that I can't buy hummus without eating the whole tub in one go.
