I felt so bad about feeling down on myself that as soon as I logged off blogger I put in my Jillian Michaels dvd.
I put the volume down and played a show off of Hulu at the same time - something ass kickingly motivating. And I managed to do the whole thing. :)
My abs and ass are a little sore today. I am going to run when I when get home from work.
I also sat down before I went to bed and wrote out everything I ate that day - I went on line to find out the calories for some stuff - and then worked out what I would eat today. I have deviated a little bit - I had a chai latte instead of coffee which about doubled my calories - 120 instead of 60, but it only has 1g of fat so... I'm just going to be really good and not touch the candy bowl.
Today I weighed in at 122.25. I took 3 laxatives last night which finally hit me round 9:45 (11 hours later) so I am guessing that I lost another pound in water weight from that! Hopefully if I'm good and exercise this weekend I'll see 119 again soon.
