In an effort to keep myself on track with getting in shape and weight loss I have restarted Jillian Michael's Body Revolution. My first day back was 7/1 and that will keep me up to the wedding, if i repeat the last week, even keeping a lighter schedule the week leading up to the wedding since I'll be so busy.

I've also come up with some goals of things I really want/need at each milestone. The idea is if I can hit that weight and stay at or under it for 7 days (hard w/ a weekend!) then I get the reward.

at 130 lbs a mani/pedi
at 125 lbs a tattoo touch up
at 122 lbs new make up from Sephora (Make Up Forever
at 119 lbs a massage

Today I was 132.8. With any luck tomorrow is 130 and if I can keep that over the weekend I'll be that much closer to my first goal.
