Well that was a nice adventure in failure.

Today I had apple cinnamon oatmeal (the packaged kind full of sugar), a tootsie roll midget, a cup of coffee w/ 2 creams, a st. patties cookie w/ frosting, and a milano cookie. I have twizzlers and chocolate covered pretzels in my desk, but I haven't gotten them out because of the aforementioned cookies as well as the other people I work with being in there. I did bring healthy detox approved food to work with me. My thermos bag is full of brown rice w/ home made chili, a banana, grapes, an apple, a pear, and 2 tangerines.

Plenty to keep me going for the day if I had just eaten that!

Sigh. I suck. And I'm stuck at 123 again. I didn't even run yesterday. I tried to go dancing but ended up with the worst headache. I went home early. Today there's no gym for me after work because my cat has to go to the vet. I will try to do a workout video when I get home from there though.
