6 weeks and I haven't budged. I just can't make any decent change to make significant progress.

Oh honey, you have been so busy, and with everything going on it is hard to make changes.

What if you don't commit to a number, but something else instead? a diet or exercise change. but just one thing.. That way you can make that one change without putting too much pressure on your self and still you will achieve something.
