+.25 today at 124. I can't seem to break this plateau. I'm hoping that as I keep to my running schedule that this will change. I am supposed to run 6 miles this saturday, with 3 and 4 mile runs on other days.
I think I am going to have to do something drastic about my eating habits.... I just find it so hard.
I didn't 4 years ago. January 2006 I just starting restricting. I counted everything and with in a month or two I was down to an average of 700 calories.
How did I do that? and why can't I again?

2 corn tortillas 130/15/2g
Snacks
8 club crackers 140/54/6g
4 mini tootsie rolls 95/20/2g
fresh fruit
granola bar 120/15/2g

Vegetables
Sauce 90/40/4g
Total: 860/204/24g (24% fat = not good!)
No exercise today. I had to work the evening shift so I slept in and then watched a little tv before heading to work. My 2nd week of 1/2 marathon training starts tomorrow.
