I haven't tracked my food or exercise in over a month. I probably hadn't worked out in that long either.

Last night I did do 25 minutes of circuit training and burned 280 calories, which isn't too bad really. Or it wouldn't be if I would watch what I eat and I haven't been.

Today I have had 890 calories so far. And I do plan on exercising again when I get home. My plan for the next few weeks (until the BF goes out of town again) is to skip dinner unless I'm with the BF. Which lately because of school and work isn't more than 2 or 3 times a week.
