So, I started Phase 2 of Body Revolution today. I also measured and weighed myself to see my progress with Phase 1.

Well, no weight lost, but my food intake was terrible. Really, really terrible. So I am unsurprised by that.

But, I did lose some "inches" Which I was really, really surprised about. It's not full inches in each spot, I'm sure because my food has been so awful, but it's encouraging. When I get my food under control I think the program plus the running will definitely help me lose weight. I'll post the stats in the BR tab soon.

I finished the C25K program finally. My last run for that was today. 30 minutes straight running in 80 degree weather. I was slower than I would have liked too. Not fun, but I did it.  Next up is my bridge to 10K so that I can be ready for my race in June. That's only an 8k, but I'd rather over prepare.

I keep trying to put up pics of my hair cut, but Blogger keeps posting them sideways. No matter how I save the photos Blogger thinks you all are reading this screen lying down. I'm going to try one more thing, but I'm at work right now so I can't.

I've been watching alot of Mad Men lately instead of doing much work. Which is not good. But John Hamm, yum!
